Online Earnings

I had been joining online activities and I find myself enjoying every bit of it. It’s quite interesting to note that you connect to people here in the Philippines and abroad and still enjoying and earning online.
I’m blessed to know people and see them helping those who are in need especially those who were struggling from the recent Taal Volcano Explosion. Although many suffered from that catastrophe but there were those who really have the heart to bless others.
These were the people I met online and earn but still help those who are in need.

The “Talabahan” Seafood

Family bonding is something to cherish. My family enjoys traveling anywhere around the globe. Eating is fun for us, like seafood, fish and “talaba” which is the food for everyone. I love going out with my family and ate different kinds of food.

My youngest sister went with us and she had enjoyed visiting other places. She is now in Macedonia and enjoy being with her hubby. The sea shows greater wonders that God had created. The seafood and other seashells from the seashore show God’s works and the wonders He has made.

The Promise!

I’m back to my blogging world! My desire to write and share my thoughts and ideas is on the go. I am excited to write anything under the sun! Anything that makes me Me! Somehow, writing makes me a person of dreams, and my desire to write is back again! God’s Unfailing Love to mankind is something that I would like to share to the world. We cannot help but believe that He exists and that He is waiting for us to call on His name and believe with all our hearts that Jesus is alive and that the grave has no hold of Him! He had suffered for us, He died, buried and He rose again. And that if we believe, we will be saved! That’s a promise! Thank you Father for sending Jesus! Thank you for your great love! For sending Jesus to die on the cross for us that we may have eternal life in Him!

My Birthday Concert

It’s quite sometime that I was not able to connect here. Yet my desire to write is still here inside. So I decided to write again. I just celebrated my birthday 2 weeks ago and one of my desires is to share God’s love through songs. And since I’m a member of the Afterglow Singers before and tried to join again, I invited the group to sing in our church and invited some friends to be part of that special day.

Somehow, I’m blessed seeing my friends and knowing that they were blessed and satisfied by the songs they hear and the message they hear through God’s servant. Thank God for all the blessings flow. I’m also blessed to see my students listening to God’s message through songs.

Birthday Celebration -the Continuation

My co-teachers decided to have our birthday celebration on the 28th for both of us, Mam Miladine and I. We had fun and fellowship together before we went home last Wednesday. In the evening we visited another birthday celebrator who is our closest friend and we joined until evening.

The next day, we were invited to join in a pre-camp in Hinigaran, Neg. Occ. Before going home, our friend decided to go somewhere, she asked us to choose which one??? In a known beach or in a falls? And since we’re not familiar and have not gone to that falls, we chose the Mag-Aso Falls in Kabankalan City. It’s more than 30 minutes drive from Hinigaran and we left behind our car and join the other group in another car. It’s far away from the maddening crowd since it’s at the peak of the mountains but it’s a very cold place when you are near the falls and very clean. If we only knew, we had brought with us our swimming wears. Anyway, we took a lot of pictures and we had laughter shared together.

After an hour we decided to go and be back home. But before taking our car, another decision was made. That we will travel to the farm of our friend to just see the place and get a little of fruit that are available at the moment. After 30 minutes we were able to see the farm and got tar apples and ate some. We also took few small lemons (kalamansi) just to enjoy and have some fun. Before going back home we went to a nearby restaurant and ate dinner.

After an hour of staying, it’s our time to go back home. We traveled again for less than an hour and when we reached Kabankalan City, we saw the other car going to a different direction, we were puzzled but we need to follow since it was already past 8 in the evening. Instead of just using the toilet, we ate again 1 slice of cake for each one and we enjoyed going back home.

It was indeed a full day and an extension of my birthday with another celebrator (Dr.K)! It’s true that when you plan everything sometimes it won’t happen but when you don’t have any plan, if everyone agrees, we can do something and enjoy with friends together while thanking the Lord for all the blessings flow and enjoy the beauty of nature as well.

An Important Fluid- Blood

We labor. We study. We snooze nightly. We rise up early. We lost our diet. We lost an amount of our life fluid…

In this milennial age, people tend to move in the direction of their thoughts. Society demands for labour and we see life as something that is tough. We perceive it hard that we overlook who we are; we fail to recall those people we cherish and appreciate them until it is too late. We even forget that we have something inside of us that keeps us living and should be taken care of. The oxygen transmitter, fluid of life, essential as much as the heart, substantial as much as the brain, and none could stanch its unending flow – our BLOOD.

Blood is an important fluid which is necessary in delivering oxygen all throughout our body. It extracts and transports metabolic wastes such as nitrogen compound, H2O, and carbon dioxide. Blood deficiency is fatal to humans. It may cause you to look pale, blur your vision, and dizziness. You may even get chest pain, irregular heartbeat, and headache. If these irregularities happen, you are experiencing ANEMIA!

According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), anemia is a condition that happens when there is a deficiency of Red Blood Cells (RBC) in the body. The blood is in the shade of red due to the abundance of RBC in it. The red pigment cell carries oxygen all around the body as the heart pumps a beat. The lesser the RBC in the blood, the lesser the transporter of oxygen, and this will result to a pale and yellowish skin, fatigue, cold hands and feet, headache, and irregular heartbeat which are the symptoms of anemia.

RBC deficiency is a serious case and this may lead to the following:
IRON DEFICIENCY.it is the most common type of anemia caused by the shortage of iron in the body. Iron or ferrous is needed in order to create RBC in the bone marrow. Iron deficiency type anemia is also instigated by loss of blood due to heavy menstrual bleeding, ulcer, cancer, and using of over-the-counter pain relievers, especially aspirin.

VITAMIN DEFICIENCY. Aside from iron, your body also needs folate and Vitamin B-12 in order to produce healthy red blood cells. Others may consume enough B-12, however, their bodies are not capable of processing the vitamin which in turn leads to vitamin deficiency anemia or pernicious anemia.
CHRONIC DISEASE ANEMIA. Cancer, HIV/AIDS, rheumatic arthritis, kidney disease, and other inflammatory ailment can interlope to the body’s production of RBC.

APLASTIC ANEMIA. this is a very infrequent type of anemia, yet life threatening among all. It occurs when the body does not produce sufficient RBC. Reason behind this is an enclosed infection, certain medicine, autoimmune disease and too much exposure to toxic chemicals.
