I’m sharing these tips to everyone. It’s something to remember and be part of your daily routine. Somehow it gives meaning to your life. Someone said, what you eat is what you are. Therefore, eat something that gives and maintains life at its best. You can share to anyone and be a blessing to them. This is something we need to keep in mind. It’s good to know all of these things and follow because nothing will be taken away from us. But we will learn and know what’s good for everyone.
