Desire to be Healthy - Mixed Fruits and Vegies

The quest to be healthy is always the desire of many. A lot of people around the world are looking for the best herbal medicine and a lot of them were trapped and paid much with no result at all. Some have good results and few got the better chance to be healed. Either way, we all wanted to stay healthy and strong come what may. We all desire to be healthy and enjoy life at its best. Here are some of the fruits and vegies when combined have better results and good for health. Try to check which one is suited to your taste and your need.

Carrot + Ginger + Apple ------- Boost and cleanse our system.

Apple + Cucumber + Celery --------- Prevent cancer, reduce cholesterol, and eliminate stomach upset and headache.

Tomato + Carrot + Apple -------- Improve skin complexion and eliminate bad breath.

Bitter gourd + Apple + Milk -------- Avoid bad breath and reduce internal body heat.

Orange + Ginger + Cucumber ---------- Improve Skin texture and moisture and reduce body heat.

Pineapple + Apple + Watermelon - -------To dispel excess salts, nourishes the bladder and kidney.

oh, i remember the name of the grass in which they extract the juice and drink it as is.i probably can't drink it, but would love to try few of the fruit juices u listed. Thanks for sharing.

that's great information te!.. I normally just mix all the fruits and veiggies in the juicer without knowing what it's specifically for..heheh!
